About Me...

My Name is Jennifer Hagen. I am a mother of 4 daughters. I have struggled my entire life with my weight, yo-yo dieting up and down. I have tried probably every "fad" diet out there, from diet pills pills and laxatives to "cabbage soup" diets and everything in between.  

 

I have always had an interest in health and fitness, and even wanted to be a nutritionist when I was in high school. However, having children, made me have to put my dreams on the back burner until NOW!! 

 

After having my 4th daughter in March 2015, I was extremely overweight, I was struggling with post partum depression and lacked energy or the will power to stick to a program. ..Until I found Beachbody! 

 

I started 21 day fix with my coach in June 2015 at 187 pounds. I continued doing monthly challenges with my health and fitness coach resulting in a 50 pound weight-loss!!  In October 2015, I decided to become a health and fitness coach myself, and start running my own fitness challenges.

TODAY I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with an emphasis in Womens Health - Pre and Post Natal. I own my own Fitness Studio where I offer personal traning, TRX training, Group Bootcamps and have made it my passion to serve others and show them that there is HOPE!!
